Lions fight hard for win against Comets

Clear Lake extended its state-leading regular season win streak to 33 games Friday night-- but it wasn’t easy.  The Lions scored twice in the second half to edge Charles City, 13-6.

Work will begin on next Central Gardens building

William Pinkham

    William Douglas (Doug) Pinkham, 83, Clear Lake, died after a short illness on Aug. 20, 2011 at Oakwood Care Center in Clear Lake. Doug was a resident at Apple Valley Assisted Living in Clear Lake.
