Eighth grade girls earn a
split with Forest City
The Clear Lake 8th grade girl’s
basketball team played two games
against Forest City Friday night, Jan.
29, and came out with a split. They
won the first game, 36-21, and came
up just short in overtime, 21-17, in
the second game.
In the first game, Sara Faber led
all scorers with 19 points, while Lexi
Fasbender contributed 10 and Julia
Merfeld had seven. “Allexa did a wonderful job
