Lorraine Marie Hoffman 80, died Monday, September 30, 2024, at her home.

A memorial service will be held 2 p.m., Friday, October 4, at Ward Van Slyke Colonial Chapel, 310 1st Ave. North Clear Lake, with Rev. Melinda McVey officiating. Inurnment will be held at a later date at Memorial Park Cemetery, Mason City.

Visitation will be held Friday one hour prior to the service at Ward Van Slyke Colonial Chapel.
