Stolen boat recovered; teen charged

 A 19-year-old Garner man has been arrested following the report of a boat taken from the City dock about 8 p.m. Saturday, July 5.
 A Clear Lake police officer accepted the offer a witness to the crime made. He told officers that he’d be willing to chase after the stolen boat, so a Clear Lake Police 

Department officer hopped on board and went in pursuit.
The boat was located on the south side of the lake and the officer directed Joshua Engstler to stop.
Engstler was arrested and charged with interference with officers, second degree theft, reckless operation of watercraft and prohibited operations of a boat.
