As part of its 125th anniversary celebration in 2014, the Clear Lake Public Library unveiled and dedicated a “Stories 

Are Forever” commemorative sculpture Monday outside the library. The sculpture features two children exploring the world of books. Looking over the piece commissioned by the Friends of the Library are Children’s Librarian Martha Boyes and recently retired librarian Jean Casey.-Reporter photo by Chris Barragy.
