Dennis N. Henningsen, 76, of Clear Lake, passed this life on Sunday, Jan. 5, 2014 at Oakwood Care Center, Clear Lake.

A celebration of Denny’s life will be held on his 77th birthday, Thursday, Jan. 16, 2014 from 4 - 7 .pm. at the Mason City 

Country Club, 3331 19th St. SW, Mason City.  Honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place.

Hogan-Bremer-Moore Colonial Chapel, Mason City, was in charge of arrangements.
