Couple reports snowmobiles, trailer stolen Christmas Eve
A Clear Lake couple reported a grinch-like tale on Christmas Eve.
Todd and Alanna Engels noticed on Monday both of their Polaris snowmobiles, along with their trailer, were missing from their property. On Tuesday they reported the theft to the Cerro Gordo County Sheriff’s Office.
Sheriff Kevin Pals said no arrests have yet been made.
The snowmobiles are a 2013 Polaris Switchback 600 and a 2012 Polaris Assault 800. The vehicles are valued at a combined $18,500. A Featherlite trailer valued at $1,000 is also missing, along with an exhaust and parts from a Bikeman Performance (BMP) recreational vehicle valued at $300.
If you have any information on where these might be, you’re asked to contact the Cerro Gordo County Sheriff’s Office.
