      Charles (Chuck) Thomas Jorgensen, 91, Clear Lake, was called home on the evening of Aug. 26, 2013 to be with God, our heavenly Father, and Jesus Christ our Savior and Redeemer.  

     A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, Aug. 29, 2013 at the Clear Lake United Methodist Church, 508 2nd Ave N., Clear Lake, with Rev. Bernie Colorado officiating.  Visitation will be Wednesday, Aug. 28, from 5 – 7 p.m. at Ward-Van Slyke Colonial Chapel, 101 N. 4th St., Clear Lake.  Interment will be at the Clear Lake Cemetery.  Other arrangements are incomplete at Ward-Van Slyke Colonial Chapel.
