Rognes named president of Clear Lake based Kingland Systems

Clear Lake based Kingland Systems Corporation, a global leader in providing compliance and reference data software and services to leading financial services and accounting firms, has announced a change in its executive management. David Kingland, CEO and Chairman of the Board, announced Monday that Todd Rognes, current CFO and partner, has been named president of Kingland Systems Corporation.

CFO since 1999, Rognes has managed accounting, investments, legal, auditing, contract negotiation, and corporate procurement efforts for the company. Prior to working at Kingland Systems, Rognes spent over a decade with Texas-based DocuCorp International, holding several management and executive positions; he was also involved in the IPO for DocuCorp.
