CL girls tennis team remains perfect
The Clear Lake girls tennis team improved to 5-0 with a resounding 8-1 victory over Osage Friday, April 26.
Jenna Peterson dropped her number one singles match, 10-5, but teamed with Carly Ouverson to avenge the loss to Kloe Chisholm and partner, Annetta Krulow in doubles, 10-4.
Ouverson, Alexis Atkinson and Amie Adams were 10-0 winners in their singles matches, while Taylor Julsen won, 10-1. Kaitlyn Pitzen was a 10-4 winner for the Lions in the number two singles position.
Pitzen and Julsen, and Atkinson and Courtney Anderson, each won their doubles matches by 10-0 scores.
