Oldies but goodies win Alumni Tournament

The 1995-99 team defeated the two-year reigning champion team in the Clear Lake Alumni Basketball Tournament Saturday, Dec. 22 to claim bragging rights.  The team beat the 2005-06 team in the finals to claim the championship.  The 2005-06 team has won the tournament the last two years.  Nine teams and 70 

participants enjoyed a day of basketball.  Members of the oldest team to have ever won the tournament included: (front L-R) Jeff Lewis, Ryan Bezely, Vince Chmielewski, (back L-R) Scott Suntken, Jason Nyhus, Jeff Marsh, Mike Moeller and Nate Carney.  Not available for photo: Andrew Nelson.  -Submitted photo.
