Brian M. Isch, 44, of Clear Lake, Iowa, died Saturday, July 28, 2012 at Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit in Mason City, Iowa. A memorial visitation will be held from 5 to 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 2, 2012 at Hogan
Bremer Moore Colonial Chapel, 126 3rd St. NE, Mason City. A graveside service for Brian will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, Aug. 3, 2012 at the Elmwood-St. Joseph Cemetery in Mason City with the Reverend George C. Johnson of Harvest Time Church officiating. The family suggests memorial contributions may be directed to Hospice of North Iowa.
Brian Michael Isch, son of Murray Isch and Sue Hobbs Johnson was born Sept. 29, 1967 in Mason City. Brian attended Mason City schools and received his GED. Following his education Brian was employed by Sedars, Jiffy Lube, Service Master, and Clear Lake Chevrolet and also worked throughout the construction industry.
Brian was united in marriage to Sandy Scheels in 1994 and later divorced.
Brian loved being in the outdoors, especially when a rod and reel was in his hands. He enjoyed taking family trips to Northern Canada, Minnesota, Colorado, and even staying local, here in Iowa. He was an avid John Wayne fan and read many Westerns. Family and friends were most important to him, helping anyone he could.
Brian is survived by his parents, Murray (Donna) Isch, Mason City and Sue Johnson, Clear Lake; sister, Kristi (Ron) Miles, Clear Lake; brothers, B. Jay Johnson, Clear Lake and Jason Isch, Rochester, Minn.; step-sister, Debra (Gary) Larue, Hampton, Iowa; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Clarence and Mary Hobbs and June Isch and uncle, Dennis Hobbs.
Hogan Bremer Moore Colonial Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
