CLHS golfers earn All-State honors

     Three Clear Lake High School golfers have earned All-State honors from the Iowa High School Golf Coaches Association.
    Senior Meg Monson was a Class 3A First Team selection, while senior Taylor Berger and junior Malorie Fischels were named to the Second Team. CLHS Girls Golf

Coach Fred Wieck was honored as Class 3A Girls Coach of the Year.  The Clear Lake golf team earned a state title last week and ended the season with the top ranking from the IHSGCA.
    Senior Luke Monson was a Second Team Class 3A selection for the Clear Lake boys.  Monson led the Lions at this year’s State Meet, placing seventh overall and helping the team to a runner-up finish in Class 3A.
