Veterans remembered

A Veteran’s Day Assembly was held at the Clear Lake High School on Friday, Nov. 11.  The V.F.W. Post 4868 (below) lowered the flag and held a gun salute at the flagpool outside 

the middle school.  The program then moved into E.B. Stillman Auditorium.  The keynote speaker for the assembly was Capt. Gabriel Haugland, U.S. Army (right).  The event was attended by students and the public.  -Reporter photos by Chris Barragy
