Patricia K. Millard, 85, died Aug. 28, 2022, at Doak Walker House, Steamboat Springs, Colo.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Visitation will be held Saturday, Oct. 1, 2022, from 9:30-11:30 a.m. at Ward Van Slyke Colonial Chapel, 310 1st Ave North, Clear Lake.  Inurnment will be in Clear Lake, Cemetery.

Ward Van Slyke Colonial Chapel, Clear Lake, is in charge of arrangements.
