John Wujek

John K. Wujek, 77, of West St. Paul, Minn., passed away Sunday, Feb. 18, 2024. 

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, May 4, at Gearty-Delmore Plymouth Chapel, 15800 37th Ave. N., with visitation one hour prior to the service. A Memorial Celebration Gathering will immediately follow at Sarah’s residence.

John loved his cabin on Sullivan Lake where the family spent most summers for almost 40 years. There, he enjoyed many sunset boat cruises and taking kids tubing or skiing. He was an avid bicycler, participating in long bike tours, spent time on his Harley, and just tinkering on cars, household projects and anything else he could fix. More than anything, he enjoyed spending time with his granddaughter and his family and friends.  

John retired as the CFO of J&J Distributing and previously worked in finance at Unisys. 

He is survived by daughter, Sarah (Chase) Andersen; son, David; granddaughter, Bella; brothers, Jeff, Jim (Linda) and Jerry (Shelly); many friends and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Doris (Anderson) Wujek; mother of their children, Janet Wujek (nee Isaacson).
