The Giving Tree is bare!

The giving spirit is strong this holiday season in the Clear Lake area.  

As of Tuesday afternoon, Dec. 11, all of the 215 ornaments on the Clear Lake Mirror-Reporter’s Giving Tree had been checked out and gifts are now filling the newspaper office.  This week they are being 

readied for distribution to local families that had requested some additional help this holiday season.

Clubs, church groups, families, groups of friends, students and many others took part in providing gifts for The Giving Tree this season.  Financial gifts to The Giving Tree were also very generous this season.
