CL business applies for property tax exemption to expand
A Clear Lake business is hoping to expand its operations to a new facility in the Clear Lake Business Park.
Officials from TTI, Inc. say they have outgrown their building at 805 Buddy Holly Place and are asking the City for an industrial property tax exemption. A public hearing on the matter was held at the City Council’s regular meeting Monday night.
The Council will vote on the request at its Nov. 6 meeting. If it votes in favor, the request will be passed along to County Supervisors for final approval.
