City will pick up tree limbs Thursday
Workers from the City of Clear Lake will be moving through town Thursday, picking up tree limbs fallen as a result of last week’s snowstorm. Residents should pile their downed limbs at the curb by 7:30 a.m.
Thursday. Pick-ups will not take place in alleys. Length should be limited to 12-14-feet and diameter of the limbs should be less than six to eight-inches.
Clear Lake Mayor Nelson Crabb suggested the City schedule the special pick-up as a good gesture to its citizens.
“It was a disasterous storm and there is a lot of tree carnage out there,” Crabb told the City Council Monday night.
