Boys tennis team falls to Ford Dodge St. Eds
The Clear Lake boys tennis team dropped a match 8-1 to Fort Dodge St. Ed’s. The Gaels were heavily favored in the match. They finished in the top eight in the state a year ago and returned four of their top six players this year.
The Lions picked up their only win in the match at number one doubles. The team of Jerry Kockler and Paul Raner
topped St. Eds’ John Eide and Ben Albright, 6-3, 6-4.
