Another successful July 4th celebration

Clear Lake boasts the biggest and best Fourth of July celebration -- and 2011 was no exception.  
    Officials from the Chamber of Commerce met Tuesday with those from Evans United Shows to review the six day 2011 celebration.  The report confirmed what all believed-- it was a very successful celebration.  According to Tom and Nancy

Evans, the carnival had its best July 4 in its 38 year history of coming to Clear Lake.    Huge crowds took advantage of near-perfect weather -- with the exception of a brief storm Friday night, and attended the carnival, where they enjoyed music, food and fun.
