     Henry Joseph “Harry” Rozen, 86, of Mason City, Iowa went home to be with his Lord on Sunday, June 17, 2012 at Mercy Medical Center – North Iowa, Mason City, Iowa.
    Mass of Christian Burial was held on Thursday, June 21, 2012, at Holy Family Catholic Church, Mason City, with Msgr. Joseph J. Slepicka as Celebrant.  Interment was in Elmwood-St. Joseph Cemetery, Mason City, with military honors being provided by members of the Mason City Veterans Association.

    Joanna Helene Johnson, 79, of Clear Lake, died Friday, May 4, 2012 at Rochester Methodist Hospital in Rochester, Minn. Funeral services were held Monday, May 7, at Trinity Lutheran Church, Mason City with Pastor Kathy Graves officiating. Interment was in Lincoln Township Cemetery.     Brenna Lynn Shank, six-week-old daughter of Jeriah and Shawna Shank of Monroe, Iowa, passed away on Thursday, Feb. 2, 2012, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Funeral services were held Tuesday, Feb. 7, at the First Baptist Church in Monroe with burial following at the Colfax Cemetery. Donald D. Werstein, 76, of Clear Lake, died Monday, March 4, 2013 at the Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit, Mason City, Iowa.  

Funeral services were held on Saturday, March 9, 2013 at Zion Lutheran Church, Clear Lake, with Rev.  Dean Hess officiating.  Do to his wishes, he was cremated following the service.  Inurnment will be at a later time in 

Clear Lake Cemetery.  Family suggests memorials to Zion Lutheran Church or Hospice of North Iowa.

     Lavon Irene Hain, 88, Mason City, Iowa, died Thursday, Jan. 24, 2013 at the Muse-Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit, Mason City.  

     A Funeral Service was held Monday, Jan. 28, 2013 at the Immanuel Reformed United Church of Christ, Klemme, Iowa, with Rev. Donna Buckman officiating.  Interment was at Ell Township Cemetery, Klemme.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Lavon Hain’s family.

Marilyn M. McKenna, age 72, of Clear Lake, most recently of Belmond, Iowa, and formerly of Garner and Livermore, Iowa, a longtime employee of Metal Craft, Mason City, Iowa, died Saturday, Dec. 22, 2012 at Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa, Mason City.

    Mass of Christian Burial was at the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Belmond, with Father Nils Hernandez and Deacon Jerry Temeyer officiating.  Burial was in Livermore.   Andrews Funeral Home, Belmond, was in charge of arrangements.
