    Mike Monson, 65, of Altoona, Iowa, passed away at his home on Monday, June 18, 2012. 
    He was born Nov. 23, 1946 in Ventura, Iowa.
    A memorial service was held on Friday, June 22, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, Des Moines, Iowa.

    Dwayne K. Miller, 86, of 405 27th Ave. South, Clear Lake, died Monday, April 30, 2012 at the Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit, Mason City, Iowa.
    Funeral services were held Friday, May 4, at the Clear Lake United Methodist Church with the Rev. Diana Hoover officiating.  Following the service he was cremated and inurnment will be in the Ft. Dodge Cemetery at a later time. Family suggests memorials to Dwayne K. Miller Memorial Fund in care of Clear Lake Bank and Trust.

    Norma Gae Yuhouse, 85, 809 6th Pl. N., Clear Lake, died Thursday, March 15, 2012 at the Muse-Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit, Mason City, Iowa.  A memorial service was held Monday, March 19, at Ward-Van Slyke Colonial Chapel, Clear Lake, with the Rev. Ed Bard, Chaplin of Hospice of North Iowa, officiating.  Inurnment was at the Clear Lake Cemetery.  Memorials may be made to Norma G.     William F. “Bill” Burke, 86, of Clear Lake, died Monday, Dec. 26, 2011 at home.  A memorial Mass was held Friday, Dec. 30, at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Clear Lake.  Msgr. Joseph J. Slepicka celebrated the Mass.  Inurnment was in Memorial Park Cemetery.  Military rites were provided by the Mason City Veterans Memorial Association.

Dale Edward Moe, 57, of rural Nora Springs, Iowa, and formerly of Northwood, Iowa, died on Friday, March 8, 2013 at Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa in Mason City, Iowa. 

A funeral mass for Dale will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 14, 2013 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Manly, Iowa, with Reverend John Gossman officiating.  Burial will be in the Calvary Cemetery in Charles City, Iowa.

George Eichmeier

George Eichmeier, 92, died Thursday, Jan. 31, 2013 at the Hummingbird House, Sierra Vista, Ariz.   

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013 at the Ward-VanSlyke Colonial Chapel, Clear Lake, with Rev. Daird Korth officiating.   Visitation will be on Friday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., and then one hour prior to the service on Saturday.  Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Mason City.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the George Eichmeier memorial fund.
