charged Michael Lowe, Jr., 45, with
two counts of sexual abuse in the
second degree. The allegation is that
Lowe had sexual contact with two vic-
tims under the age of 12.
Police say the charges stem from
an incident which happened several
years earlier.
Sexual abuse in the second de-
gree is a Class B felony.
Lowe was arrested by the Cerro
Gordo County Sheriff’s Office.
