Patricia J. Arrowood

Patricia J. “Patty” Arrowood, 59, of Clear Lake, died suddenly Wednesday, Feb. 5, at Mercy Medical Center North Iowa.

Cremation rites have been accorded and private services will be held.

Patrica J. Arrowood, daughter of Joseph and Beverly (Senna) Bondi, was born March 29, 1954 in Sacramento, Calif.  Patty attended school in California and moved to Oklahoma where she met and married her longtime companion, William Arrowood.  To this union, they were blessed with their children, Whiskey and Joseph.  

Living in Oklahoma all of her life, she worked in the healthcare field for many years as an LPN and later was restricted to the home due to health issues.  In 2010, Patty moved to Clear Lake and met her significant other, Lance Batton, in 2012.  She spent much time with him cooking and enjoyed spending time with her grandson, Colton.   Patty enjoyed sharing in the recent marriage of her daughter, Whiskey, and son-in-law, Chaley.

She loved watching college football, her favorite team being Oklahoma State University.  She loved their dog, Shockraw Lee.

She is survived by her daughter, Whiskey (Chaley) Noland, and their son, Colton; son, Joseph Arrowood; parents, Joseph and Beverly Bondi; her significant other, Lance Batton; and extended family members.

She was preceded in death by her husband and two sons, Johnny and Donald.

Hogan Bremer Moore Colonial Chapel, Mason City, was in charge of arrangements.
