Opportunity Village sets goal for 43rd annual Walk

    Mission:  Possible!  Are you up for the challenge?
    Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to join the 43rd Annual Benefit Walk to raise money for Opportunity Village and the people with disabilities who depend on it.  Then walk one, three, or 10 miles on Sunday, May 6, in Clear Lake or Fort Dodge.

    The Benefit Walk will support the Village’s mission of “excellence in service to individuals with disabilities.”  The goal this year is $100,000. Last year’s Benefit Walk raised a record $132,000 for Village services.  Opportunity Village serves approximately 600 people across the northern part of Iowa.
    The annual Benefit Walk recruits walkers to raise sponsorships from friends and family to support people with disabilities served by Opportunity Village around Iowa.  Registration packets are available at the Village General Store in Clear Lake.  Walkers can also email to [email protected] or phone 641-357-5277 to have packets mailed.
