Titan Pro looks to expand in Industrial Park

The Clear Lake Planning and Zoning Commission was scheduled to consider a proposed 50,000 square foot addition Tuesday night to the Titan Pro Inc. company located in the Larry Luker Memorial Industrial Park.

    Titan Pro moved to its Clear Lake office, a 70,000 square foot facility providing warehouse and office space for the seed, chemical and crop insurance business on Jan. 1, 2010.   In anticipation of P&Z action, crops have already begun to be harvested for the addition to be made to the south side of the existing Titan Pro building.
    The business currently employs about 30 persons.
    The family owned company covers  seven states in the Midwest, Iowa, Minnesota, Illinois, Nebraska, Wisconsin, South Dakota, and North Dakota.
